INVITATION TO DECLARE DEBT – TERMS TO RESPECT

In your capacity as presumptive creditor in the bankruptcy of CVBA WAVE TO SYNTH with registered office at 9450 HAALTERT, Atomveldstraat 8 box 6, KBO 0691.739.959 pronounced by judgment of the Enterprise Court of Ghent, Dendermonde division in date of 13 August '24 , you are invited to submit your claim.

You should submit your claim, along with your supporting documents, electronically to the Central Register Solvency.

The statute of limitation of the right to demand the admission of a claim is one year as from the bankruptcy declaration, except for the claim which is determined in intervention proceedings or a third-party action, proceeded or instituted during the liquidation.

The statute of limitation of the right to demand the admission of a claim, determined during the liquidation by another court than the court which declared the bankruptcy, is six months as from the day the court ruling has become final and conclusive.

Please note, as the festival takes place on a sandy surface, the terrain is difficult to access for people in wheelchairs. In order to accommodate the increasing number of visitors and ensure the cosiness of the festival, the site has grown to such an extent in 2024 that it is no longer possible for the organisation to provide wooden floor paths on the beach.

W-Festival, in cooperation with Beachmobility, offers a solution to persons in wheelchairs with the provision of De-Bugs beach wheelchairs. W-Festival provides this free service to meet the needs of wheelchair users. In this way, we deliver a worthy festival experience for all.

Reservation required!

Reservation of a beach wheelchair is required so that we can provide this service to all wheelchair users. Reservations can be made via support@w-productions.be stating the desired day(s) (23/24/25 August). When making your reservation, please indicate whether you are bringing your own assistent to the festival or if an assistent is required through the organisation. 

A beach wheelchair can only be reserved on condition that the visitor holds a valid ticket for W-Festival 2024.

Please note, all available beach wheelchairs are unfortunately already reserved!

Can I bring an assistent to the festival?

Assistents of people with disabilities get free access to the festival. Our support team will provide them with the necessary tickets. Proof of disability may be requested.

Can I leave my current wheelchair somewhere secure?

When collecting your reserved beach wheelchair, there is the possibility to leave your current wheelchair in the locked storage container.

About the De-Bugs beach wheelchair

The De-Bug stands out from all other beach wheelchairs. It pushes lighter and steers easier than any other model. The secret of the De-Bug lies in its design. Because the castors are at the back, power transmission is optimal and steering requires very little effort. The swivelling rear axle also ensures continuous four-wheel contact on uneven surfaces and therefore maximum balance.

The seat is designed so that the weight distribution ensures optimum pushing characteristics and high sitting comfort. The basic model is equipped as standard with a lap belt and height-adjustable footrest.
