What is the delivery time of my item?

All items except the 2023 merch will be shipped within 7 working days.

I have a problem with my order, who can I contact?

Will my 2023 Merch item be shipped?

No, all 2023 merch will be available for pick-up at the festival’s merchandise booth upon presentation of your order confirmation. (25-27/08/2023)

I did not receive a confirmation e-mail

They may be blocked by your e-mail programme’s spam filter. We advise you to check the spam filter settings and adjust them if necessary. If you are unable to solve the problem, please contact our customer service at, we will be happy to help you.

Do I have to pay shipping costs?

We apply the following shipping costs: €7 within Belgium, €10.50 within Europe, €18 to the UK and €25 to the US and the rest of the world.
Only our 2023 merch is not shipped and is only available for pick-up at the festival.

Return Policy

We offer refund within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund of any kind.

1. Eligibility for Refunds
• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in the original packaging.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

2. Partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied within a certain amount of days. We will ask for the correct bank-details !
